Landmark Oil & Gas

American Oil & Gas Production
Robert Whitfield is the Founder and Director of Landmark Oil & Gas, An independent oil and gas company comprising more than 2,300 acres of oil and gas minerals.  Landmark is engaged in the development, exploitation and exploration of oil and gas properties located in North America. The Company's principal area of operation is the north central portion of Oklahoma located on the Central Oklahoma platform, which is bordered on the west by the Nemaha uplift, on the east by the Ozark uplift, and on the south by the shelf area of the Arkoma basin. The stratigraphic section ranges from Cambrian to Pennsylvanian in age. The Pennsylvanian section is the thickest section and contains the majority of the potential reservoir rocks.

Landmark was created in 2005 with the acquisition of approximately 800 acres of Oil and Gas leases in Creek and Okfuskee counties, Oklahoma.  In early 2013 the 23' thick "Prue" formation was unitized creating the "Iron Post Prue Water-flood Unit". All remaining formations are virtually "Virgin Zones" with enormous oil and gas reserves.  Currently, several  very large producing oil companies are working their way toward our field.  Our future plan is to horizontally drill, frack and produce our deeper zones, See proposed "Prospect One AFE" tab offering.   Investors should "Contact Us" to secure their percentage of this limited participation.
